Leath DeRitter, RN
Nursing Supervisor

Leath recently joined our team, bringing her long-standing experience as a Livingston County Hospice Nurse, a trusted Teresa House partner. A hospice nurse for most of her career, Leath graduated from nursing school in 1977 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from SUNY Brockport in 1995. She moved to Canaseraga five years ago to be closer to family. In her free time, Leath enjoys walking her rescue dogs, Betty and George, singing in two local choirs, gardening, and attending various sporting events. She is also the proud owner of three beloved foster-fail cats: Helen, Charlie, and Elsie. Leath is excited about her new role and looks forward to learning from residents and their families to provide the best possible end-of-life care for our community.
